On February 10th , there's going to be a special two-hour edition of Extreme Makever: Home Edition, and Miley's going to appear on it! The family that received the house makeover were sent on a vacation that included going to the San Diego concert and having a surprise meeting with Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers!
