"Miley Cyrus 's Alleged Stalker" Appears In Court

A judge has postponed a court hearing for Miley Cyrus 's alleged stalker to give investigators more time to conclude their search of his home.

Mark McLeod, 53, appeared in court on Tybee Island, Ga., on Tuesday after he was arrested twice for hounding the Disney star.

But Judge Steven Scheer pushed back the preliminary hearing until August 25 because the results from a raid of McLeod's Georgia home weren't prepared. The lead investigator was also unavailable for Tuesday's court appearance.

A lawyer for McLeod told reporters outside the courthouse his client is "a human being" who had recently lost his job and is still grieving following the death of his mother and brother in the last 18 months.

Attorney James Byrne said, "People need to understand that, really, he's a human being. If there's something wrong, we need to address it. He's one of our fellow citizens who might need some help."

McLeod was taken into custody earlier this month after Georgia police spotted him loitering around the set of the actress' upcoming movie "The Last Song."

That arrest came just weeks after police cautioned him in June for making "inappropriate comments" to young Cyrus fans.

On that occasion, McLeod was set free because authorities claimed there was no room for him in jail and they didn't consider him a threat to himself or others.

The 16-year-old, Miley Cyrus "Hannah Montana" star was granted a temporary restraining order against McLeod earlier this month.

Miley cyrus is a teenager and is famous from having her own tv show called hanna montana on disney channel plus her dad is billy ray cyrus and her brother is also famous hes one of the lead singers on the band metro station. most of her fans are younger kids and they adore her. to me shes not the best singer but, a lot of people think she is great.

Then there's the jonas brothers. there a teenage band including kevin jonas hes the oldest and soon getting married, Nick is the youngest of the brothers and he has diabetes and im pretty sure he has a donation thing for diabetes. then there's th extremely funny joe and hes around 19. And so together they are called the jonas brothers.

  When she was eight years old, she did modeling but wanted to play a role of Lily in Hannah Montana, Only she got the role f Hannah Montana.
  So at the age of fourteen she started being Hannah Montana. By the time Miley Cyrus, she as sixteen she already had 1 tour and 4 CDs out. So she did a movie called The Hannah Montana Movie. And made huge money of the hit single The Climb. She also has a new clothing line at Walmart. Why people Like her?? Shes fashion Icon and has a great singing voice.
  
  The Jonas Brother are a guy band that started in 07. They Made millions of there Hit single Year 3,000. Which everyone forgot about.
  Then in 08 tweens and teens started noticing how cute they started getting and actually started listening to their music again. They made songs like Hold on, When You Look Me in the Eyes, S.O.S.
  They even had a tour in the end of 08. Now they have a TV show on Disney Channel called Jonas. My sister and i watch it. Its cute but not for me. My favorite song of theirs is Love Bug. The members of the band are Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas.
  Joe Jonas went out with Taylor Swift, Nick Jonas went out with Miley Cyrus-ended badly- Kevin went out with no one right now.

  My opinion...What is with all the idolizing? People she's just some girl who struck it rich (though it is quite possible that some string pulling was involved). Overview: voice -average. face - slightly above average. acting skills - terrible. fashion taste - kudos to the ppl who tell her what to wear.
